Regular full time and regular part-time employees receive paid time off benefits. Plans vary according to division. The PTO plan provides between 184 – 264 hours annually for vacation, holidays and sick time, plus another 63 – 96 hours of extended illness leave. These amounts are prorated for eligible part time employees. The standard plan provides between 104 – 184 hours of vacation, (depending on length of service), 6 holidays and 96 hours of sick time annually. These amounts are prorated for eligible part-time employees.
All employees are eligible immediately to contribute to the INHS 401(k) Plan and receive a matching contribution. An additional company contribution begins after one year of service. The 401(k) offers pre-tax and after-tax Roth contribution options, and a wide range of investment options.
