Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS) has announced the appointment of Gary A. Livingston, PhD to the INHS Board of Directors.
Dr. Livingston recently retired as chancellor of Community Colleges of Spokane where he led a team of 2,000 faculty, staff, and administrators, in providing education programs and services through Spokane Community College, Spokane Falls Community College and the Institute for Extended Learning. Prior to his work as chancellor, Livingston is also notable for his leadership as superintendent of Spokane Public Schools from 1993 to 2001.
