St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute is now providing athletic training services to North Central High School, Rogers High School and Shadle Park High School.

Working collaboratively with team physicians, St. Luke's certified athletic trainers are focusing on the overall safety and health of student athletes.

"With St. Luke's knowledge and depth in rehabilitation, our athletic trainers provide injury prevention care, diagnosis of injuries and therapeutic rehabilitation of injuries for student athletes," said Heidi Jibby, St. Luke's director of Rehabilitation Services. "Our goal is to keep athletes healthy and at peak performance."

In addition to St. Luke's athletic trainers, Benjamin Howie, MD, Providence Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, is the team physician at Rogers High School with coverage also being provided by Providence Sports Medicine Fellowship (Edward Reisman, MD; Barbara Brandon, DO; Vance Felton, MD).

"Connecting the St. Luke's team and Providence Orthopedics & Sports Medicine program gives athletes access to the region's largest provider group for this area of medicine and wellness," said Matt Albright, regional director of Providence Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
